Advisory Committee

Danika
Works as a Site Manager in the construction industry for a London-based house builder, leading major developments valued at up to £200 million.

Working in such a male-dominated environment, she has seen how mental health often remains a taboo subject—despite the high number of men silently struggling. This reality has driven her to become a passionate advocate for mental health in the workplace. She has become a certified Mental Health Ambassador and written two dissertations focused on mental health in the construction sector.

Supporting others, raising awareness, and helping to break stigma has become a core part of her professional and personal journey. That is why she is proud to support My Mind Matters CIC. I believe in the organisation’s mission to create culturally informed, accessible mental health support—especially for communities that are often overlooked or underserved. She is excited to contribute her voice, experience, and insight to this important work.

Keiran
Has spent the past six years working with young people in youth services, and during this time he has witnessed the many emotional, social, and mental health challenges they face. These experiences have deepened his passion for championing young people’s well-being and ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.

Mental health has always been a personal and professional priority for him—not only because of its vital role in a young person’s development, but also because he believes early intervention can transform lives. My work has reinforced the importance of creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered to overcome difficulties.

Keiran is proud to support My Mind Matters CIC as an Advisory Committee Member, helping to shape culturally responsive mental health initiatives that place young people and their lived experiences at the heart of the work.

Martin
A passionate champion for young people's rights, Martin began his journey as a youth worker in London, where he worked directly with marginalised communities to create safe, supportive spaces for growth and expression. His commitment to diversity and inclusion has led him to spearhead numerous projects aimed at widening access to higher education, helping individuals overcome systemic barriers and realise their potential.

Beyond education and mental health, Martin is deeply engaged in environmental and sustainability issues, believing that wellbeing extends to the health of our planet. His holistic approach to leadership reflects a lifelong dedication to building a more just, resilient, and compassionate society—where every mind truly matters.

Sabrina
An experienced HR professional with over 20 years of supporting individuals through every stage of their career journey. Her approach is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and the belief that people thrive when they feel seen, valued, and supported. She views mental health support as a vital foundation for resilience, productivity, and personal growth — not only in the workplace, but within the community. By fostering safe and inclusive spaces, we can empower individuals to overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and contribute to a healthier, more connected society.
