Meet Delores

Delores – CEO & Founder of My Mind Matters Therapeutic Hub

 

Delores is an accredited Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 25 years of experience in the mental health sector. She is also the Co-Chair of a Harmful Sexual Behaviour Panel, where she delivers specialised assessments and therapeutic interventions for both children and adults affected by harmful sexual behaviour.

Throughout her career, Delores has supported over 2,000 individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including low mood, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence, workplace stress, and menopause-related concerns. This is by no means an exhaustive list.

Delores is also highly skilled in facilitating themed group sessions, catering to both mixed-gender groups and culturally specific communities.
